程林真兒博士， 現任美國遠東廣播公司中文事工部節目部主任，遠東家庭事工創辦人兼主任，真愛駐我家播客總監製及主持，達拉斯神學院教牧婚姻家庭輔導學博士。加拿大Regent College維真神學院MDiv畢業後曾於2002-2007事奉於加拿大遠東廣播公司，擔任節目監製與主持，良友聖經學院教師。2007-2017西雅圖證道堂東區分堂擔任義務傳道，建立了一個符合華人教會的家庭事工模式。同時期也和先生Dr. Luke Cheng致力於在家教育homeschool他們的三個兒女Elijah（17）， Evangeline（14），Eliana（10）
2020和先生一起蒙召加入美國遠東廣播公司全時間同心服事。林真兒老師教導的課程有《婚姻輔導》，《家庭事工同工培訓》，《青少年事工》，《基督教教育》，《轉變中的家庭牧養》，《青少年培育與輔導》，《把教會帶回家》，《貴重寶箭的生命—按照年齡教養男孩》；《青橄欖樹的生命—按照年齡教養女孩》；《禱告生活》，《靈修默想與運用》，《以弗所書》等等課程。她同時也是多間神學院的客座教授，在正道神學院，基督工人神學院，達拉斯神學院等多間神學院均有教學。已出版的書籍有《家庭事工同工培訓手冊教師版》。每日靈修書籍《靈程真言》,親子靈修《喜樂靈程》即將於2023年2月出版。
Dr. Joy Cheng is currently the Director of the Program Department of Far East Broadcasting Company Chinese Ministries, the founder and director of FEBC Family Ministry, and the director and producer of the True Love in My Home podcast. She graduated from Regent College 2002 with her MDiv. Degree and joined FEBC Canada and served full time as a program host and producer and a teacher at Liang You Bible College from 2002-2007. From 2007 to 2017, She served as a volunteer minister at Evangelical Chinese Church Seattle Redmond Campus and established a contextualized family ministry model. Dr. Joy Cheng, together with her husband Dr. Luke Cheng, also homeschools her three children: Elijah (17), Evangeline (14), and Eliana (10).
In 2020, Dr. Cheng was called to join FEBC Chinese Ministry USA together with her husband. The courses taught by Dr. Cheng include “Marriage Counseling”, “Family Ministry Training Manual”, “Youth Ministry”, “Christian Education”, “A Contextualized Family Ministry”, “Youth Formation and Counseling”, “Bringing the Church Home”, “The Life of the Precious Arrow – Raising Boys According to Age”; The Life of the Green Olive Tree – Raising Girls According to Age; “Prayer Life”, “Devotional Meditation and Application”, “Ephesians” and so on. She is also an adjunct professor at several seminaries and has taught at Logos Evangelical Seminary, Christian Witness Theological Seminary, and Dallas Theological Seminary. She is the author of “Family Ministry Training Manual for Teachers”. Her daily devotional book for parents “Truthful Journey” and “Joyful Journey” for parent-child devotion will be published in February 2023.
